note on note about prefix search

Hi there - definitely a good idea, I haven't used the prefix search page often, just type in say 'talk:cheese/' lists sub pages in the search box and on results page . Deprecation

Now that the draft namespace is fully deployed, I think we should actively discourage creating draft versions in talk space. I see HectorMoffet made some alterations to this page last year. Could we go further and mark this page as historical?
