Otto Breitenstein, Introduction to DLTS techniques part I-III. A talk from an informal seminar, organized by Dr. Frank Müller from the Max Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics. As far as I can tell it's a simple and informative introduction to the technique.
Other Forms of DLTS?
Can someone please talk about optical DLTS (ODLTS), Junction DLTS (JDLTS), Deep Level Optical Spectroscopy (DLOS), and Reverse Pulse Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy (RDLTS)? The textbook I had mentioned all of these techniques, but not the ones listed on this page... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.183.20.100 (talk) 00:25, 21 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Example circuits for the different kind of setups?
Other topics like Rectifier show explicit example circuits for rectifiers i.e. Diode Bridge etc...
It would be real nice if the different kinds of DLTS had at least conceptual schematics for the measurement device. This text blubber is too vague... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.134.85.100 (talk) 15:49, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
