This looks very much like an advertisement. There is no supporting material for the primary topic. The company named as coining the term that is of the topic of the article is referenced multiple times. The first footnoted reference is to a white paper on the same company's website. A significant amount of the text is dedicated to claims that one particular information retrieval method that is better than other methods.
