Scope
I, TydeNet, hereby wish to implement a WikiProject on Climate, with the main objective being the creation of a "Climate" infobox to place on specific city pages, etc. Despite the huge detail embodied in Wikiproject Cities, this very important element was found lacking.
Ideally, I'd like a sort of table that also converts numerical data into a graph to be displayed above the table. Unfortunately, I think this is above my level of programming prowess, thus the need for a Project. I'd like everyone's help here!

Project details
The basic essence of the project is to first of all implement a basic Climate Table, and then build on it from there. My creation of said Climate table (at this point have not started the table per se) can be found here: Template:Climate Table.
Future programming of said infobox (e.g. to transpose data into a graph) should be postponed until the basic Climate table is off the ground.

Comment on the WikiProject X proposal
Hello there! As you may already know, most WikiProjects here on Wikipedia struggle to stay active after they've been founded. I believe there is a lot of potential for WikiProjects to facilitate collaboration across subject areas, so I have submitted a grant proposal with the Wikimedia Foundation for the "WikiProject X" project. WikiProject X will study what makes WikiProjects succeed in retaining editors and then design a prototype WikiProject system that will recruit contributors to WikiProjects and help them run effectively. Please review the proposal here and leave feedback. If you have any questions, you can ask on the proposal page or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you for your time!
