Minor Update sept 22/14

I changed

"a process known as convection" to "a process described by convection" because some people might think that convection is Thermals form when this warm air rises into the cold air (warm air is less dense than cold air)

There are a few problems with claiming this to be convection

Convection is a form of heat transfer, the hot air rising is due to buoyancy/gravity. There is heat transfer occurring because of this which will eventually equalize the control volume and that is being mostly transferred by convection (and a bit of conduction and radiation)
