Notability...

Which fool tagged this as "non-notable"? It's already linked to from many other articles, including the one for Java Server Pages, which also has a direct reference and citation from the creator of JSP. It's clearly notable. I'm not a big fan of Java, but I really wish non-technical and wannabe-technical people would stop tagging technical articles as "non-notable".
