The Civil procedure code (Template:Lang-nl) of the Netherlands comprises four books covering topics in the field of civil procedure.

The four books cover:

The procedures of the Rechtbank (district court), the Gerechtshof (higher court) and the Hoge Raad der Nederlanden (Supreme Court)
