merge

I suggest merging balanced code into constant-weight code. While balanced codes are one of the most important kinds of constant-weight codes, there seems to be a lot of overlap in these articles -- most of the properties of balanced codes are also true of all other constant-weight codes. --DavidCary (talk) 05:33, 28 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. You are right. It seems that balanced codes are just special constant-weight codes where w = n/2. If you could merge the article properly that would be great. Nageh (talk) 11:43, 4 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
