The contents of M of n codes was merged into Constant-weight code on February 7, 2011. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. I suggest merging balanced code into constant-weight code.
While balanced codes are one of the most important kinds of constant-weight codes,
there seems to be a lot of overlap in these articles --
most of the properties of balanced codes are also true of all other constant-weight codes.
