It's not neutral, the last sentences lean to involvement. Perhaps there should be a list of institutes capable to produce transuraniums. Then this could be merged;).

Last paragraphe

I don't see the need of the such paragraphe which is definitevely not neutral. If the outcome of these experiments is not of interest for the author of these lines, it is of interest for the researchers working on it. And by the way, the GANIL in France, a RIKEN accelerator in Japan are also able to produce transactinides (there are others!!).

I would simply remove them.
