The Constituent Assembly of Libya is the chamber elected on 20th February 2014 by Libyans which is tasked with creating a new constitution. The assembly began work on 22nd April 2014, with Ali Tarhouni as it's President in Bayda in order to create the new document which will be the foundation of Libya. 6 seats were not elected originally, there elections took place afterwards. 2 of which took place on 4th May [1]
