Prejish Prakash പ്രജീഷ് പ്രകാശ് <ref>http://www.imdb.com/name/nm6293287/ (born on 24 february 1986 in pathanamthitta kerala India ) is a Malayalam film editor.

Early life and education

He did his schooling from Mount Bethany EHSS, and Graduate with a degree (BA) in Multimedia from St Joseph College of Communication Mahatma Gandhi University. While attending the college, he edited a lot of short films for clique and also have directed some short films which was awarded in some of the campus film festivals in kerala.

Editing career

He began his Editing career by joining yes indiavision Satellite Communications as a video editor in 2008.

He started his film editing career by assisting Arun Kumar Aravind in Khatta Meetha (2010 film) and after that he worked with him as an associate editor and promo editor for the movies Cocktail (2010 film) Ee Adutha Kaalathu 2012 and Left Right Left 2013

In 2013 Prejish edited the movie Philips and the monkey pen which completed a 111 days in theaters and was a huge commercial success at the box-office.The film also won Kerala State Film Award for Best Children's Film and Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist.

Movie vedivazhipadu 2013 was his next editorial venture which is produced by Arun Kumar Aravind and directed by Shambhu Purushothaman.

He also had worked with Arun Kumar Aravind as a film editor in the movie 1 by Two in 2014 .
