This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Custardpieboy (talk | contribs) at 14:22, 11 April 2014 (Syntax: Explanation of why this is di replaceable Fair use.). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

Usage

When a file on Wikipedia File namespace is marked for speedy deletion through {{di-replaceable fair use}}, use this template to dispute the speedy deletion. A {{di-replaceable fair use}} is used to mark a non-free (copyright-protected) file as covering a subject for which a free file of the same type (image or otherwise) that adequately provides the same information might reasonably be found or created, or which could be adequately covered with text alone. In turn this template might be used to counter that claim by providing a valid reason.

Syntax

{{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}

Parameters
Parameter Description
<This illustrates the current work of the British Furniture Designer using the materials of Straw Marquetry in a Bar Cabinet context and as an illustration of this work it adds more than a description ever could. > State your reason in the first unnamed parameter
bgcolor=<CSS color> This named parameter changes the background color. It is not to be used in ordinary day-to-day use. Replace <CSS color> with a valid web color value.
This template should only be used on file description pages.
