International Treaties

Palau joined the United Nations in 1994 It is party to two of the nine core human rights treaties the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). In September 2011 Palau signed the other seven core human rights treaties. The Pacific office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights[1]
