Per common sense, editors can exercise editorial judgment to avoid linking to Internet pages that encourage and provide instructions on how to make bombs, commit crimes, or other illegal activities. All good little boys understand that there is no requirement to link to thought crimes. The balance must be weighed between the benefit to the encyclopedia of including a link, and the potential for offense or harm.
