That's the formal, template driven welcome above, but this is a more specific suggestion.

Since you're enthusiastically contributing to the Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 article at the moment, one that a lot of people will have on their Watchlists, could you please try to provide Edit summaries fro your changes. It tells other editors what you're trying to achieve.

Welcome again, and keep up the good work. HiLo48 (talk) 08:52, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

MH 370

I noticed you reverted my edit [1], please give me a clearer reason of this. Thanks... TheAirplaneGuy (talk) 12:35, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I was just clarifying that it is missing.

Malaysia Airlines Flight 370: lede

Hi, there!

I see that you removed some information from the lede section of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 because it was "Already repeated in the incident section." The purpose of the lede section is to summarise the key points, so most of this information will usually be repeated (in more detail) later in the article: see WP:LEDE. That said, the information that you deleted may be too detailed for the lede so I'm not reverting it, I just wanted to make sure you understood the purpose of the lede, as the reason you gave would not always be a reason to delete information from the lede – otherwise there wouldn't be much left! sroc 💬 13:46, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yes thanks. I do understand that. There was just too much info in there.

Stop

Stop removing the Mozambique source, I provided a reference so there is no need. Thank you. --Gįs Contismalter (talk) 20:02, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Source does not verify this.
I started a section at the talk page of the article, makes it easier for everyone to respond in one place, see: Talk:Malaysia_Airlines_Flight_370#Mozambique Redalert2fan (talk) 20:21, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 20:24, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Please cease the edit warring at once and resume discussion in civil manner in the talk page of the article. Mark Chung (talk) 20:29, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

ANI Notice

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. The report was made in the wrong place (on WP:AN rather than WP:ANI) and apparently the reporter did not notify you as required, figured that I would do so. Dwpaul Talk 22:06, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Also see this, which I would guess is going absolutely nowhere since it lacks basic information needed for its investigation. Dwpaul Talk 22:15, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Aside from the report, diffs are provided at my talk page.--Jetstreamer Talk 22:42, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
