Clarification on the scope of this category

Hi, can we please establish some clarification on the scope of this category? The current language reads:

This is for shows that have regularly aired their first-run episodes on the regular Cartoon Network schedule. For shows that have only aired on another block see the category for the respective block.

A) I'm not clear if this is only for Cartoon Network USA, or if it also includes international incarnations. This came up recently at Oggy and the Cockroaches, which may have appeared on CN in Asia (and possibly elsewhere). So if it's for the main US channel, we should say that. B) The information about "block" isn't clear. What constitutes "another block"? Can we have an example? Thanks, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 00:36, 9 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
