Function details: Bot watches the deletion log at Commons and removes file references from articles (namespace 0) of files which have been deleted, as an addition to the function of User:CommonsDelinker.

The code is running as de:Benutzer:Dateientlinkerbot at dewiki for nearly two years with 11k edits. Necessary modifications to meet enwiki requirements have been made.
