Rafika Marzouk (رفيقة مرزوق), born 27 October 1979 in Sousse, is a Tunisian handball player.[1] She plays as captain at right wing for Nantes Loire Atlantique Handball in the top division of the French league Championnat de France de handball féminin[2] and in the Tunisian national team.

Marzouk played in the 2010 African Women's Handball Championship with the Tunisian team who finished as runners-up, losing the final by a single point. She also played for Tunisia at the 2011 World Women's Handball Championship in Brazil.[3]
