It is not valid to simply stack references at the bottom of the article for a biography (see WP:MINREF). You absolutely must apply them properly as WP:Footnotes to get the article approved. See WP:Referencing for beginners as needed. Also, please do not delete older Decline notices, as they are useful to us for tracking the draft's progress.
