The choice of title

Begging the current title Text Processing Utility be renamed to DEC Text Processing Utility, are

DECTPU is a language, not an application, therefore not a utility. (Rubric is titular except in certain cases, like this one.)
DEC Text Processing Utility is used as the title of the vendor's manuals, the external links, and the bold text starting the page.
Word is titled Microsoft Word

We also have Unix text processing utilities. I hope we'll see anything like "text processing utility" reserved for the rubric of text processing utilities in general. — Cpiral Cpiral 07:25, 24 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
