Environment and Behavior is a bimonthly peer-reviewed academic journal covering in the fields of psychology and environmental studies. Environment and Behavior and the Journal of Environmental Psychology are the two main journals that represent the sub-field of environmental psychology [1] The editor-in-chief is Barbara Brown (University of Utah). It was established in 1969 and is published by Sage Publications.

Abstracting and indexing

The journal is abstracted and indexed in Scopus, PsychINFO and the Social Sciences Citation Index. According to the Journal Citation Reports, its 2012 impact factor is 1.282.[2]
