Ingwald Preminger (25 February 1911 - 6 June 2006) was a film producer.

He was born in Czernowitz, Austria-Hungary (now Cernovcy, Ukraine) and died in Santa Monica California. He won an Academy Award for the 1970 film M*A*S*H and also produced "The Salzburg Connection" in 1972.

Ingo Preminger studied law and worked as a lawyer in Vienna before emigrating to the United States. His brother was the actor-director Otto Preminger and he was married to his wife Kate for seventy years.

He is survived by his widow and three children, including New York judge Eve Preminger.
