Pleeease add stuff about whether it's actually scientifically valid. is there really a mechanism by which the skin produces more oil when it's dry? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.224.66.136 (talk) 19:22, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Source: traditional method? Created by someone? I've never heard of it but someone else clearly has, from somewhere. --94.212.2.245 (talk) 20:23, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion

There are 0 credible news sources talking about OCM aside from magazines. There is almost no scientific research on topical application of oils for cleansing. It has been tagged with {{notability}} and {{refimprove}} for over two years now. It is time this article gets deleted until this becomes more than homeopathy. - Sweet Nightmares 19:43, 29 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The author of this article, who clearly has a conflict of interest, deleted my request for deletion. Please leave it up so that it can receive input before unilaterally closing discussion. - Sweet Nightmares 00:51, 30 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
