Requesting sources - {{cleanup-verify}} also deprecated?

How about {{cleanup-verify}}? Is it also deprecated?

Secondary source template

Should this template be added to this page? I don't see a location for it. Maybe this article needs a section for "Disputes" over sources? Or just leave it on the templates for disputes page?

Expired/broken citation

Is there a template stating that a citation is broken or expired? I thought so, but I didn't see it here. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 17:24, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Good question! If I knew what it was, I'd apply it to the page under discussion here: Wikipedia:Template_messages/Sources_of_articles ;-) The specific problem is that Example 1 of {{episode}} contains a broken link. yoyo (talk) 03:12, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"what it makes" displays badly for "reference necessary" template

Under the "inline" section the row for {{reference necessary}} displays badly in the "what it makes" column. It displays as [[|[]]] on two different browsers. I suspect that it is because the template needs a parameter but there is no way through the {{tlrow}} template to pass a parameter to the {{reference necessary}} template. Perhaps some template guru can find a way to fix it. Sbowers3 (talk) 01:31, 18 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Using Firefox 3.5, the entry under "what it makes" is blank. A firefox user, such as myself, wouldn't even know there was something missing!

Update: Under Firefox 11.0, the {{reference necessary}} template now displays a light underlining of the included text, as shown under the See also heading of the documentation page for the {{citation needed span}} template. So the problem would seem to have been solved. yoyo (talk) 03:33, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"Multiple" versus "many"

This may be a matter of British, versus American, usage; if somebody tells me so, I won't persist.

I think that the sections headed:

6 Using the same footnote multiple times

and

7 Using multiple pages from the same source

would be even easier to understand if headed instead:

6 Using the same footnote many times

and

7 Using many pages from the same source

Not a big deal, but I'd like to make this change if nobody objects any time soon.

No objection here. -- œ 22:22, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Template:rr

Could someone please find an appropriate place for {{rr}} aka {{PAYWALL}}? Thanks, Paradoctor (talk) 08:08, 18 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Corporate Annual Reports

Which template should be used for corporate (or other orgs for that matter) annual reports? --Insider201283 (talk) 20:05, 21 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Too many refs template?

Is there an inline template for "Too many references" where they include a bunch for some simple point or other in total overkill? Thanks. CarolMooreDC (talk) 14:08, 13 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Here I'm back again on another article, another topic. This time I don't care that there are too many refs, just that all 17 are in a row and not in one ref. Isn't there a "consolidate references template" or something? Just wondering. User:Carolmooredc 22:20, 6 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Could you please provide a link to that? I think a bot hunting for "ref worms" might come in handy. Paradoctor (talk) 11:16, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This diff is where someone took the list from the lead and made it a note, since it was all Ref names of articles mentioned in body of article. There have been other examples from an article 6-8 months ago that got cleaned up and others too far back to remember. A bot would be a good start. User:Carolmooredc 11:36, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

At User:Noiratsi/sandbox/transclude I have drafted a maintenance tag for articles with circular sources, such as this newly created page. Does such a template already exist? If so I wasn't able to find it. If it doesn't, I'd welcome comments and contributions to my proposed template. Thanks very much! —Noiratsi (talk) 13:32, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cancel that; I found it, very helpfully located at {{circular}}. —Noiratsi (talk) 13:52, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please Help

I can't find the appropriate template for when an article has sources, but not inline citations. Can someone help? GreyWinterOwl (talk) 13:45, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Try {{No footnotes}} or {{More footnotes}}hike395 (talk) 13:55, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
