BISU Maroon is the official color used in association with the Beijing International Studies University (BISU). It is described as a brownish crimson and is accompanied by a light silver, BISU Silver.
BISU Maroon was revealed in the BISU Visual Identity System (VIS) on 28 December 2003,[1] the Using Standards of which was officially launched on 30 December 2003.[2]
The hexadecimal value of the color is A8392A. BISU Maroon is a CMYK color.
Variations of BISU Maroon
BISU Maroon is used by the school's academic and administrative units, which is different from True Red adopted by BISU Athletics.
In addition, for qualitative visualisation on specific devices, it is possible to adapt the standard BISU Maroon to its alternative color spaces.[3]
