I've deprodded this article today mainly because I felt it deserved debate at AFD rather than prod. (The parent university is new and quite interesting with ISRO and US connections, although I found nothing special about this centre.) For precedent, there's an AFD debate on a university department that's still open[1], but I'd support a merger here too. --Mereda 15:17, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
