Rate

That's referring to the utype (unit type) name for mm/h and in/h. Thanks, but an imprecision concerning the name does not matter because it never appears in normal usage. The module allows conversion between units with the same type, and the type is displayed only if an invalid conversion is attempted. If mm/h were changed from "speed" to "accumulation rate", it would not be possible to convert between cm/h and mm/h. Johnuniq (talk) 23:09, 8 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
