Time sharing operating system is a multiprogramming and multiuser operating whose primary objective is boot terminal response time.It should illusion to each user as if the entire computer resources are available to itself solely.This operating system provide an equitable share of common resources to each user,ie to share with computer simultaneously.The operating system serve the interactive users.In round Robbin fashion allowing a fixed time slice for each user to have control of the CPU.
