== Collocation polynomial of any dimension and degree ==

Collocation polynomial is used for interpolation and to transform differential and integral equations to a group of linear equation. Pol= . D and are the matrix and vector formed by differenting Lagrange polynomial and putting the result in the matrix-vector product form. The formula gives n+1 polynomials where x is the deviation from each point. Continued later.
