Infinitas Learning is a leading pan European educational publisher providing primary, secondary and higher vocational educational material, content and services to 90,000 schools in six European countries. It was formed from Bridgepoint Capital's purchase of the educational division of Wolters Kluwer in 2007. Acquisition size is believed to be €774m
