Embedded microprocessors

Embdded Microprocessors are microprocessors specially designed for embedded applications.

They are designed specifically for application rather than general purpose processors. So they can perform better than general purpose processors in their specific applications.

Embedded processors executes instructions very faster that clock frequency provided will be less than that of a general purpose processor.

Embedded processors are manufactured in bulk and the cost of them is lower. Embedded processors consumes less power also.
