British Game developer based in originaly based in Warrington, Cheshire. Taken over by Infogrammes, then sold to Rage Software, after a large portion of the managment and staff revoloted. Those staff not in revolt, joined Infogrammes in Manchester England.

After the demise of Rage Software, a company called Juice Games appeared, in the same Runcorn office and key members of staff.

Key products included TFX, EF2000 and Inferno.
