Under the bold heading "5 program areas", why don't you add the actual mission. You reference that they follow their mission and aim to accomplish it, but I think it would be beneficial to add the actual mission there.

You state that one of the programs is headed up by Douglas Maughan. Think about adding more information about him: What are his experiences? What is his actual job title and what exactly does that title entail?

In the paragraph about securing cyberspace, the President's national strategy to secure cyberspace is mentioned. I think it would be beneficial to state what his strategy entails and how it ties into this subject.

Under cyber security it is mentioned that there are 3 program areas within this topic. Listing these would help elaborate on this topic.
