Confluence Project Management (commonly known as Confluence) is an international consultancy for clients in the property, construction, and event industries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Australia. The business is headquartered in Singapore, which has established regional offices in Hong Kong, India, Australia and the United Arab Emirates offering services in the areas of project and construction management as well as safety compliance, independent verification and strategic time and claims management.

History

Originally known as APP International, the business was established in 1991 as the international arm of its parent company in Australia, APP Corporation. The start-up team first ventured to Indonesia to deliver the Radisson Red Top Square hotel in Jakarta and soon established its headquarter on the 25th May 1996 in Singapore. In early 2007, the company was rebranded to Confluence following the acquisition of APP by Transfield Services. With more than 20 years international experience, Confluence has built a solid reputation in the delivery of projects in all sectors ranging from leisure facilities, theme parks, commercial developments, residential, hotels, resorts, retail and mixed-use developments.
