Unreferenced opinion piece. Better to delete than to have this unfounded article making personal assertions. FoCuSandLeArN (talk) 20:51, 5 June 2013 (UTC)

- Redirect to Theory of computation #History; no other actions needed. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 07:29, 6 June 2013 (UTC)
- Redirect The topic History of theory of computation is certainly notable, but the current article is an unsourced personal essay; it is best to start over, per WP:TNT. Until a better new article is created, the topic is a reasonable search term and a redirect would be useful to users. Theory of computation #History is a logical target, but the section is unfortunately a few unsourced sentences at this point. History of computer science is a broader topic, but the article has a good bit on the pioneers of the theory of computation and is better sourced. Either target is acceptable, but I'd prefer a redirect to History of computer science. --Mark viking (talk) 10:46, 6 June 2013 (UTC)
