Transdev TSL is a 50/50 joint venture between Transdev and Transfield Services that operates ferries in Brisbane. It previously operated buses in Sydney and trams in Melbourne.

History

In August 1999 TransdevTSL commenced operating the Yarra Trams franchise in Melbourne. In April 2004 they took over the remaining services from M>Tram services from National Express. All of TransdevTSL's tram operations passed to KDR Melbourne in November 2009.

In November 2003 TransdevTSL was awarded a contract by the Brisbane City Council to operate the Brisbane Ferries service.[1] In November 2010 this was extended for a further 10 years.[2]

In 2005 Transfield Services purchased a 50% interest in Transdev's Shorelink bus operation in Sydney. This was sold back to Transdev in 2010.[3]
