Although PROMIS is funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the PROMIS website is not a work of the U.S. government. The site's copyright statement is located within the Policies section of the site.

Candidly, I think it's rather misleading to include DHHS, NIH, and USA.gov logos in the page footer but bury the copyright statement two links deep. —Shelley V. Adams 16:42, 1 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
