they always argue that when they want to open up more visas for minority foreigners to move to the US to dilute the white voting population so Indian and Asian minorities can gain political control.. its really some type of indian-hindu-Islamic-jihading secret society operating inside the US that are lobbying hard to open up as many foreign visa for minorities as possible in any field of employment because they hate imperialist white americans and to convert the us into a black country. (not saying that as a racist..its really what the indian lobbiest are trying to do in the US.)

not enough qualified workers... that's a load of BS... and i'm sure the 1000's of indian-owed staffing companies controlling the placement of every job in the US will be there to make sure that nobody else qualifies for any job except for foreigners and minorities... just like they already did in so many other fields by throwing out qualified Americans in the tech industry, milking companies dry, and installing them selves into companies like in the angry birds game where Americans keep throwing themselves at companies at tmps and the green pigs sit on the inside making sure that americans are illegally disqualied and replaced my Indians and Asians, or other minorities.

enough... its time to shutdown the indian staffing networks and their network of agents they are installing into companies because they own all of the staffing companies. how many times do they need to play this game before people catch on? they already severity damaged the job prospects in many high tech industries such IT, software, hardware design, etc...

What's more disturbing they using their leverage as a staffing monopoly to setup minority controlled espionage and network spying inside of companies that is aiming to kick out and demote and replace all white Americans. Having their agents secretly install bios rootkits on to company cellphones, tablets, pcs of ordinary engineers and managers to manipulate and blackmail them to hire more minorities and illegally disqualifying anybody who is not one of them???? why are all engineering staffing companies now run by Indians?

who setup this quasi-indian-hindu-chinese-islamic-jihading anti-American corporate spying and staffing network?????, bad piggies united??? just like in the angry birds game??????  it bleeds to in mainstream culture...where even the angry white software developers make fun of them to get revenge on them for minority staffing networks doing illegal crap to install Indians into the company to steal their jobs, steal they work, and relabel the work as theirs, and setup walls that perminately prevent them from ever reclaiming their positions are senior developers in the company they help to build...  nothing but asshole green pigs...all of them.


The Open Verification Methodology (OVM) is a documented methodology with a supporting building-block library for the verification of semiconductor chip designs. The initial version, OVM 1.0, was released in January, 2008,[1] and regular updates have expanded its functionality. The latest version is OVM 2.1.2, released in January, 2011. The current release and all previous releases are available, under the Apache License, on the Verification Academy[2] site.

The reuse concepts within the OVM were derived mainly from the URM (Universal Reuse Methodology) which was, to a large part, based on the eRM (e Reuse Methodology) for the e Verification Language developed by Verisity Design in 2001. The OVM also brings in concepts from the Advanced Verification Methodology (AVM). The UVM class library brings much automation to the SystemVerilog language such as sequences and data automation features (packing, copy, compare) etc. The UVM also has recommendations for code packaging and naming conventions.

The OVM has won recognition from Electronic Design[3] and a DesignVision award from the International Engineering Consortium.[4]

The OVM was co-developed by Mentor Graphics and Cadence Design Systems, and they continue to guide its evolution in concert with the nine user companies of the OVM Advisory Group.[5] The OVM is publicly supported by more than 60 partner companies[6] offering tools, training, and services.

The OVM was standardized within Accellera, which voted to make it the basis for the Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).[7] Accellera released version UVM 1.0 EA on May 17, 2010 [8]..
