Per common sense, editors can exercise editorial justment to avoid linking to Internet pages that encourage and provide instructions on how to make bombs, commit crimes, or other illegal activities. Everybody but the most hardcore fool understands that there is no requirement to link to material that seeks to promote crime, hatred, or anti-social activity. The balance must be weighed between the benefit to the encyclopedia of including a link, and the potential for offense or harm.
