Inverted triangle

Inverted triangle is an organizational structure which inverts the traditional pyramid triangle. The concept is presented the first time by Fischer, Lago and Liu (2013) in the book Reinventing Giants. As opposed to traditional hierarchy, the front employees are given the decision making power while the traditional middle managers become the resource providers to the front employees.
