I request from the ArbCom to not reject this right away under the pretext it doesn't respect proper request by being over 500 words. But, since this is continuing for about 2 years and that everything which is humanly possible have been tried and nothing changed and due to the circumpstances I request the acceptation of this cases.
Here is the situation, and some Arbitrators having handled Coolcat cases are aware that request for comment, request for formal mediation and involvment with various administrators has changed noting. The Armenian Genocide article and its talk page have been abused like no other article in Wikipedia that I know of. I will also provide the opportunity for those who have levelled against me every unimaginable charges to make their points.
I shall now just give few examples of the type of problems I am dealing with and why I believe that there appear to be premeditation and that many members are involved in this. While many other things have preceded, on Febuary 17, 2006 Ottomanreference started contributing in Wikipedia on Febuary 17, 2006, the same day Coolcat has edited the Armenian Genocide article after nearly 4 months of silence [1], also this same day, Shelby28 started contributing, and exclusivally in the Armenian Genocide article.[2] A day later, it was Aulkumen who appeared [3] Two other Turkish members were registered about the same time involved in Armenian issues. On Febuary 15, 2006, Adkgansu has started contributing being involved in Armenian, Greek and Kurdish issues [4] he himself has given himself the objective of retaliating against Armenian, Greek and Kurds edits which he viewed as POV pushing. [5]. On Febuary 13, 2006, Metb82 has started contributing [6], he made edits on the Armenian genocide article, and also supported the removal with Adkgansu of Armenian related material regarding the Armenians in the Adana article, and from the merging of Smyrna and Izmir, the removal of much of the material of Smyrna fire. Other users have also registered in this same time period but have contributed not much, an example is Deniz_Hoyman, also editing the Armenian Genocide article [7]. Those are just few examples. Serdar Argic, the famous newsgroup spammer has even registered an account under AhmedCosar(AhmedCosar is his presumed identity), and himself has edited the Armenian genocide article [8] 10 days before Feb. 17, also edited the Serdar Argic article trying to clean his reputation [9] and denying being Serdar Argic, when he made an edit to the Armenian genocide article similar to the materials Serdar Argic has posted in the newsgroups. [10] On March 11, an anonymous user has posted some of the materials he brought in the newsgroups himself on Serdar Argic articles talk page. [11] Given that the website tallarmeniantale contain Argic materials, and that the author of that website already participated in Wikipedia, that Argic log an account and try to clean his reputation is somehow suspicious and this in the same period that what I believe the organized attempt to own the Armenian Genocide article seem to have started.
Some other serious issues including probably the participation of a Turkish government backed professional Sedat Laciner who registered two accounts. First an anonymous user:85.99.161.91 added Sedat Laciner's journal links to the Armenian Genocide article on March 10, 2006 [12], [13], he then has done the same thing for Armenia article [14]. He then visited the Anti-Semitism article and added materials linking Armenians and Armenia to anti-semitism pointing again to Laciner's hateful site. [15], [16], [17]. One day later an account under Slaciner started contributing on Wikipedia [18] and continuing adding his journal link to various other articles as can be seen from his contribution page. On April 1 he stop contributing with this login and the same day another login is created, which is Ankaram and continue where Slaciner left. [19] While Laciner isen't contributing under his registered logins there are sufficient evidences that suggest that he is involved under one of the new registered users who are involved in the Armenian Genocide page. One of the evidences is that users(maybe only one user) contributing from the same Internet provider as Laciner contribut with. [20], [21], [22], and just lastly another such edits also by removing materials from the talk page. [23]. User:Lutherian might be involved in this and has been using various IP addresses while he wasn't registered. First he created this account claiming to be an independent third party, a checkusers has linked him to various of those IP addresses [24]. This was a relief for me, since the account Lutherian was created purpously to initiate a suspecions from my part and him bragging the claim that once more I am 'accusing' third parties as being Turks. [25] And this following this incidences with User:Karabekir, who I have documented to be a sock. [26]
There are various, various other issues, like users registering about the same intervals and supporting eachothers and bringing the same points. A recent example is the cases of User:Deepblue06 and User:Neurobio. Deepblue06 started contributing on May 10, 2006 [27] and in a period of less than 48 hours Neurobio started contributing [28]. For the first cases there is at least invidences of previous contribution. [29] While I doubt both are the same users, what I think is that there is some sort of organization over what is happening in the talk page of that article. One example is when Neurobio percieved that I was out to get him (his name) and that soon after I am threatned by a user who think detaining my name and post it to threaten me. [30] Thinking knowing why that registered user thought the information he/she found was me reflect some organization. Neurobio may or may not be involved in this, but considering what appears to be an orginized attempt to chasse me out of the Armenian Genocide article and then to POV push their positions I have no other option than thinking that this is done to hurt my credibility from users that think that I am working for some sort of Armenian organization (claim first introduced by an old member User:Torque, the author of tallarmeniantale.com) or being an Armenian historian from an Armenian Institute. [31] This comming from Neurobio who level the same charges against me as those that can be found in materials dating back months; comming from a person who right away in his second edit in Wikipedia accuse editors of bad faith and claims to have read all the discussion pages which amount to 4 mb of information in the few days. [32] Fingering me, since beside Raffi who isen't much active, I am the only user being active in that page for that long.
On the other spectrum, apparently some Armenian editors have engaged in POV edits and have been part of this ungoing POV pushing, the history of the article reflect the situation and the amount of edits reverted while in the talk page it is instructed to discuss before making any significant edits. The talk page is also being used as a discussion board, and users from both sides refuse to adhere to WP:NPOV, Thoth who is not a veteran has yet to accept to respect WP:NPOV.
