vjing

The opportunity to expand on this new changing format on vjing and vj cultures. --Nonintia (talk) 17:01, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The vjing page is a good reference to start, although I think Visual Mapping or Mapping is another genre altogether.--Nonintia (talk) 17:01, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The existing vjing wiki will be too long to be expanded on for Visual Mapping Wiki page.--Nonintia (talk) 17:01, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Content

Discussion on the topic of mapping must be historically idealised and edited for better content to avoid deletion.--Nonintia (talk) 17:01, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Article name

If there are no objections, I am going to change the name of this entry to "video mapping." This is much more commonly used both within the mapping world, and online. I almost even created a video mapping page because this was so hard to find. Rathergood15 (talk) 04:31, 30 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move

Video mappingProjection Mapping – The name of this technology has been up in the air for a while, but I feel like projection mapping is the most agreed upon name within the community.[1] The main reason for this rename is that I wrote this page only using knowledge gained by research. I am hoping that this rename will attract potential editors with actual experience with this technology. relisting see below Andrewa (talk) 13:06, 24 February 2013 (UTC) Rathergood15 (talk) 22:35, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Relisting. Have we any reliable sources that indicate that this is even an encyclopedic topic, let alone what it is called? The three references currently provided [2] are all to websites. The first is to site promoting a software package, the second is a broken link, and the third is a blog.

I'm guessing from the tone of the article and comments that there's no problem worthy of AfD, but we do need to cite some better sources, both for the move and in the article itself. Andrewa (talk) 13:06, 24 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
