Please stop adding unreferenced controversial biographical content to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Adrian Chiles. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Bmg916 (talk) 13:53, 11 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. Please use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did, and feel free to use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. Thank you.

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page Juan Martín del Potro has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Please use the sandbox for testing any edits; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. Acather96 (talk) 16:02, 26 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Nadia Sawalha, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Sexual orientation. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Dawn Bard (talk) 20:53, 24 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions, including your edits to Hillel Slovak. However, please be aware of Wikipedia's policy that biographical information about living persons must not be libelous. Any controversial statements about a living person added to an article, or any other Wikipedia page, must include proper sources. Thank you. SQGibbon (talk) 17:15, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edits to snooker articles

While addition of new information is generally welcomed on the snooker articles, it is necessary to provide sources for information you add, especially when adding biographical details. Sources are also required for records or statistical information as well.

Also, please try to stay on topic too. Some of your edits are at cross purposes adding information not relevant to a particular player. One example of this is noting Ryan Day's three centuries on the Steve James profile. While this is pertinent information on the Ryan Day article in all likelihood people researching Steve James will not be interested in knowing how many centuries Ryan Day made. It is sufficient to note that Steve James made two centuries on his debut which was a record at its time. Betty Logan (talk) 17:44, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

John Virgo

Wikipedia is not a collection of unsourced, miscellaneous information. I appreciate your recent edit to John Virgo removed vandalism, but it also restored an inappropriate version of the page. Please let me know if you have any questions. As this IP address has been a source of disruptive edits in the past, it may help any editors using this IP to register their own account. Thanks! Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did with this edit to Jimmy Michie, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as on Talk:Neil Robertson (snooker player), you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. Jared Preston (talk) 00:42, 4 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Emma Stone, you may be blocked from editing. dissolvetalk 00:39, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
