The Journal of Graph Algorithms and Applications (JGAA) is an open access electronically published academic journal devoted to the subject of graph algorithms and graph drawing.[2][3][4][5]

The journal was first published in 1997;[1] its first eight volumes were also reprinted in five books by World Scientific.[6] The journal's editors in chief are Roberto Tamassia and Ioannis G. Tollis.[2] It is hosted by the Computer Science Department at Brown University,[7] and mirrored worldwide by servers of the European Mathematical Information Service, the electronic library of the European Mathematical Society.[8][9] It is indexed by MathSciNet.[10]

According to studies of the journal's scientific impact by SCImago Journal Rank, it is one of the top eight journals out of 32 listed in discrete mathematics and combinatorics, and is in the second of four tiers out of 79 journals in theoretical computer science.[11]
