User:SuggestBot/Requests
SuggestBot uses your prior contributions to predict other articles you might want to edit. If you want to try it out, leave your username below and I'll arrange for User:SuggestBot to make such a list (something like this) and post it on your talk page.
It's not perfect, but it has gotten mostly good feedback so far. Limitations: SuggestBot only uses articles in the main namespace. It also operates on dumps, not on the live namespace for its suggestions. We're currently working off the Jan 25 and Feb 19 dumps. It gets live, up-to-the minute edits when making recommendations, but only up to 500; frequent contributors may find that it recommends articles they've worked on before. It also doesn't understand redirects yet.
Eventually I want to run on the m:Toolserver, put up a more usable interface, fix bugs above, improve quality, get access to very current data, and automate the process of generating suggestions. For now this will let interested people play and help me make SuggestBot better.

I've tried to post suggestions for people listed here but it is failing to do so with error messages from wikipedia. I'll try to look into these when I get time, but it may be a while. -- ForteTuba 19:42, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
