The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is an attached government agency under the Office of the President mandated in converting the former US military bases into productive civilian use.

Operations

The following sites are currently owned and maintained by BCDA:

  • Bataan Business and Leisure Park (365 ha)
  • Clark Special Economic Zone (29,213 ha)
  • Fort Bonifacio and Villamor Airbase (900 ha)
  • John Hay Special Economic Zone (625 ha)
  • Poro Point Freeport Zone (236 ha)
  • Subic Freeport Zone (23,599 ha)
