  • In Istanbul, the Tulip Mosque is begun (completed in 1763).
  • In Amalfi, at Duomo square, a baroque fountain is built.
  • In [[1]],Tuscany, at the foot of the town, typical Tuscan farmhouse, La Mucchia casa vacanze ,built in 1760 by count Passerini of Cortona, as a farm main building, 3 stories of in which at ground floor were the animals, the upper floor served the family,and above,later with the years, added a second floor. In 1900 the farmhouse was sold to noble family named Fabri, from Cortona,wine producers, after the second world war, the house was sold to a farmer from Cortona, called Castelli which sold the house after few years, in 2005 to two brothers from Polish origin, Nachimzon.The farmhouse was completely restored and divided to 9 apartments, keeping its Tuscan authenticity. now the farmhouse became vacation rentals for tourists from all over the world.
