Rick Say (born May 18, 1979 in Salmon Arm, British Columbia) is a Canadian swimmer. He started swimming seriously at age 18, and is a student at the University of Victoria. He won a bronze medal at the 1999 world championships in Hong Kong in the 4x200m Freestyle Relay. His best finish at the 2000 Summer Olympics was 7th in both the 200m Freestyle and 4x200m Freestyle Relay.
