The following cleanup tags are to be used before, during, and after proposing a move on Wikipedia:Requested moves.

Other Instructions Endorse this file for transfer by adding |human=<your username> to this Template. If this file is freely licensed, but otherwise unsuitable for Commons (e.g. out of Commons' scope, still copyrighted in the US), then replace this Template with {{Do not move to Commons|reason=<Why it can't be moved>}} If you think that a local copy of this file should be retained, then replace this Template with {{Keep local|reason=<Why a local copy is needed>}} Please ensure that the file has a properly descriptive and unambiguous name before transferring; see Wikipedia:File mover#What files should be renamed? for details.

Once that is done, it should be moved to Wikimedia Commons in accordance with Wikipedia's image policy. Once the image is improved, see moving files to Commons for information on how to proceed. If you can not convert to SVG, go ahead and move to the Commons anyway. See Move-to-commons assistant.

{{shadowsCommons}} category links talk edit	A different file is available on the Wikimedia Commons with the same name, Wikipedia:Template index/Moving. You can help fix this in one of the following ways: Rename the file locally using {{rename media}}. Due to T30299, if the Commons file is renamed, it will override the local file. Copy to Wikimedia Commons if it is a freely licensed or public domain media. See Moving files to Commons for more information. If the Commons file is substantially similar and of lower quality than the local file, you may want to overwrite the Commons file with the local one. Nominate the Commons file for deletion if it doesn't meet their copyright or inclusion criteria. Nominate the file for deletion if it is not usable or for example it is the same resolution or of lower-quality than the one on Commons.
