Tensor Contraction Engine
The Tensor Contraction Engine (TCE) transforms tensor summation expressions to low level code (C/Fortran) for specific hardware being mindful of memory availability, communication costs, loop fusion and ordering, etc.... It is used primarily in computational chemistry.
